Episode 4 “Armenia in VI-II centuries b.c.” 

The documentary series “Armenian History” is a sizable film-manual, which represents the history of Armenian people since the Stone Age to the present day. The 4th episode is about the Yervandunyats Armenia and Alexander of Macedon invasions. About two new Empires the Roman and the Byzantine, as well as how Armenia gained a stronger position. Further the film tells how Roman Empire put an end to the Carthage Empire, and invaded Greece and Macedonia thus turning into the most powerful Empire in the Mediterranean.

Episode 5 “Armenia in the I century b.c.” 

The documentary series “Armenian History” is a sizable film-manual, which represents the history of Armenian people since the Stone Age to the present day. Episode 5 tells about Armenia during the reign of Arashesyan and Arshakunyats dynasties. In particular about the reign of first king Artashes, then Tigran the Great, about their leadership, achievements. It also tells about the Armenian-Roman Agreement signed in Artashat according to which Tigran remained the King of the Kings of the East, Armenia was preserving its territorial integrity from the Caspian sea to Euphrates. Archeological excavations of Tigranakert are also included in the film.
